After working with support on a case where RTIM was not returning statistics for our Nortel 4548GT switches, it was determined that Avaya was doing something non-standard in their SNMP responses. Therefore it went from a support issue to a feature request. My organization would benefit greatly from this support as 22 of our locations have primarily these switches.
